Harvest Festival 2009

When? Saturday, September 26^th (1-4)

Where? Outside of our church! (we’re located in Hambden, across from the Hambden Fire Dept. on Rt. 608)

Cost? FREE!!!! (everything?---Yes!) No pre-registration!

What? A family fun event! Here are some of the activities:

· Food! (hotdogs, popcorn, candy, cookies, brownies, cider, hot-chocolate, coffee, etc….all free!)

· Giant Inflatibles!

--Giant Bouncer

--Giant 18 foot inflatable slide

· Games:

--Target Practice

--Knock Down the Pins

--Feed the Horse

--Duck Pond

--Bean Bag Toss

--Lasso

· Pony Rides (yes, they’re free!)

· Hay Rides (be deputized and save the stage coach from hidden robbers)

· Make your own Sheriffs badge (craft project)

· Contests:

--Pie eating contest (for adults!)

--3 legged race (for child and a parent/guardian)

--sack race (for kids)

--western costume contest (for kids)

--corn hole (for adults)

· Bring a camera for our western photo cut-out figures
